Just thought i would share an interesting blog that i found, some guy who is in the middle of the New Orleans disaster is reporting live from his blog.. sounds like some serious chaos.. think lord of the flies..

I just think this whole New Orleans disaster is interesting because a lot of people seem, at least from what i have seen, seem to be turning to web based media for a less biased reporting on the issue, i have been getting most of my news from irc, blogs or forums or any sort of media outlet that is not being subdued by the bush administration to keep its mouth shut.
Not related to the paper but an interesting article from the scientific american predicting something like this was very likely:
